We use the information you provide to process orders, respond to inquiries, arrange shipping, and improve the Profit Societea shopping experience. We do not sell personal information. Payment information is processed by the payment provider selected at checkout and is not stored by Profit Societea.

When you submit a custom-order inquiry, we use the information and files you provide to prepare and discuss your request. Please do not upload confidential information you do not want us to review. You may request access to or deletion of personal information by contacting us through the custom-orders page.

Terms of sale

By placing an order, you confirm that the order details, shipping address, and payment information are accurate. Product images are representative; colors and finish can vary slightly between screens and production runs. We may decline or cancel an order if availability, pricing, or order information is inaccurate.

Ready-to-wear and custom items are subject to the Shipping & Returns policy. Custom-order production begins only after written approval of the quote and details. Custom pieces, personalized items, and approved deposits are generally non-refundable once production begins.

Intellectual property

Profit Societea branding, original photography, and original artwork are protected. Customers submitting artwork for a custom order confirm that they own it or have permission to use it. We may decline designs that infringe third-party rights or are unlawful, hateful, or unsafe.
